2. Services Provided
We provide a variety of electrical services, including but not limited to:
Full and partial rewiring.
Installation and maintenance of heating systems, including underfloor heating (UFH).
Smoke alarm installations.
Lighting design and installation (interior and exterior).
General electrical repairs and upgrades.

3. Quotations And Pricing
Quotations – All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided by the client and may be subject to change if project requirements differ upon commencement.
Pricing – Prices provided are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Deposits – We may require a deposit prior to commencing work, which will be outlined in your quotation or agreement.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual agreement or invoice.
Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
5. Cancellations And Rescheduling
Cancellations – Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the agreed start date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
Rescheduling – We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability on alternative dates.
6. Access To Property
Clients must ensure that:
We have access to the property at the agreed times to carry out the work.
The work area is safe and free from hazards.
Any necessary permissions (e.g., from landlords) have been obtained before work begins.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in delays and additional charges.
7. Warranties And Guarantees
We offer warranties on our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the completion date of the project. This warranty does not cover:
Faults caused by misuse, neglect, or tampering.
Damage caused by third-party contractors or other external factors.
Normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer warranties apply to any products or materials supplied as part of our service.
8. Liability
We hold Public Liability Insurance to cover any accidental damage caused by our work. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as supply chain issues, extreme weather, or client-provided equipment.
Our liability for any claim will not exceed the value of the services provided.
9. Health and Safety
We adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations. Clients must notify us of any known hazards or risks present on the property before work begins.

11. Intellectual Property
